Gates Nylon Sleeves perform a dual role: They provide excellent abrasive resistance to protect individual hoses. They can be used to bundle several hose assemblies together for maximum protection. Downtime and maintenance costs are reduced. Nylon Sleeves are unique because they form an extra protective layer against abrasive forces. Construction: Thousands of tiny Nylon filaments, woven into the texturized yarn, "friz" providing a self-renewing shield that is extremely resistant to severe abrasion. Note: Do not use Nylon Sleeve where ambient temperature exceeds 120°C.

Ideal for use with hose burst protective sleeving.

Recommended For: Medium pressure hydraulic lines. Meets or exceeds the requirements of SAE 100R1 Type AT and SAE 100R1 Type S and performance requirements of EN 853 2SN. Meets flame resistance acceptance designation MSHA 2G Tube: Black oil resistant, synthetic rubber (Nitrile-Type C). Reinforcement: One braid of high-tensile steel wire.
