Recommended For: Petroleum, water base and synthetic hydraulic fluids. Applications include: power and telephone mobile equipment (cherry pickers), lubrication lines, blowout preventer control lines, hydraulic lifts and farm and construction machinery. Orange colour TH7NCDL meets SAE 100R7 non-conductivity requirements. TH7NCDL hose meets or exceed performance requirements of SAE 100R7 with significantly tighter bend radius.
Tube: Polyester.
Reinforcement: Braided synthetic fibre.
Cover: Orange urethane that resists hydraulic fluids, high temperatures, aging and weathering. Orange TH7NCDL is non-perforated for applications requiring electrical non-conductivity. Meets SAE 100R7 Electrical Conductivity Test. Maximum leakage shall not exceed 50 microamperes when subjected to 75 kV/ft for five minutes. (Orange is industry accepted colour for non-conductive hose).
Temperature Range: -65°F to 200°F (-54°C to +93°C) continuous service for petroleum and synthetic oils. Maximum of +158°F(+70°C) for water, water/oil emulsions and water glycol.
Couplings: Super-Crimp and Gates Mega-Crimp series.
SGX Standard: Available in black, Blue, Yellow and Red.
SGXFRAS Flame Retardant Anti Static: compliance to ISO6805
Flat plastic spiral wrap desiged to protect hose or bundle hose for appearance and safety.
Gates Nylon Sleeves perform a dual role:
They provide excellent abrasive resistance to protect individual hoses.
They can be used to bundle several hose assemblies together for maximum protection.
Downtime and maintenance costs are reduced.
Nylon Sleeves are unique because they form an extra protective layer against abrasive forces.
Construction: Thousands of tiny Nylon filaments, woven into the texturized yarn, "friz" providing a self-renewing shield that is extremely resistant to severe abrasion.
Note: Do not use Nylon Sleeve where ambient temperature exceeds 120°C.
